Arment CAPITAL

SMYRNA, GEORGIA · SERVING THE SOUTHEAST

I'm looking to buy one great service business and run it myself for the long haul.

Arment Capital is my holding company. It isn't a fund, there's no portfolio, and there's no plan to flip. If you've built something good and you're thinking about what comes next, I'd like to hear about it.

One company

I'm buying one business and working in it full time as its owner and operator.

For the long haul

No resale timeline. The goal is to keep what you built running for decades.

Your people stay

Your employees and customers are the business. My plan is built around keeping them.

ABOUT ME

I'm Daniel Gosdin. I've spent my career making things run better.

I've spent the last several years in aerospace manufacturing with a Fortune 100 company, first as a manufacturing engineer and now as a program manager responsible for cost, schedule, and technical execution. The work taught me that a business runs well when its people have clear processes, good tools, and a culture of trust.

On top of my experience, I earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Georgia Tech. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. I put everything I learned to work through implementing digital transformation and process improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Now I want to own and run one business to serve its people well and continue the great legacy of those who built it.

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

What happens to your company after you sell to me

Your name stays on everything

Customers chose your company for a reason. The name, reputation, and way you treat people carry forward.

Your team stays intact

I'm not buying to make radical changes. I'm buying because your people already know how to do the work well.

I'll be there every day

I'll run the business myself, and I'm prepared to relocate within the Southeast to do it.

You set the transition pace

We will plan a handoff that works for you and your family.
